My name is Michelle and I am the owner and founder of Spiced & Iced!

Unsure of where to take my career, I decided to go to culinary school at Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island in 2013. I quickly fell in love with baking and creating food to share with others. My first love came from bread baking and french patisserie, followed by cake decorating.

In 2020, with nothing but free time on my hands, I decided to teach myself how to decorate cookies. I am a fanatic for the details and loved all the intricacies of hand piped, decorated cookies. Soon after in 2021, I created Spiced & Iced.
